Service Description

This forest program runs from September 2024 - June 2025 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Daily cost is $80, billed once per month in advance. $50 registration fee added to first months fees. Forest Friends Forest school is play-based, nature education, for preschoolers. Together we explore and learn all about life cycles and our ecosystem, build light shelters and forage for some of natures delights. Daily program includes opening circle, hiking, storytelling, free play, nature art etc. Your child will have lots of fun learning, developing friendships and connecting with the earth! “Children’s experiences with learning,” says The Child and Nature Alliance of Canada, “are defined by their capacity for inspiration, innate sense of exploration, strong desire to learn through play, and their level of engagement with their surroundings.”
